Thighs Getting Larger

Question: Hi! I have been counting macros since last January and I have only been doing the Madeline Moves workout 5 days/week. I have noticed that my clothes fit, but my pants are getting tighter in the butt and thigh area. I do not want this to happen. I know I am putting on muscle, but I don’t like the fact that these parts of me are getting bigger. Is this something that is temporary and things will even out? I am debating if I should change my workouts. Thank you!

Answer: It is hard to say what is happening exactly with the limited information given. Are you taking flexing measurements and pictures to ensure it is muscle? Bottom line - you are taking a certain action that is creating a certain result. If you do not like the result then you need to change the action.
