Amber and Coach Melissa go thru the planner and break it down for you so you really understand how it was created and how it works with the MACROS 101 program.
The planner has all your data collection pages in the beginning for easy reference. You will start each week with your meal plan and weekly goals, followed by seven daily pages to help keep on track with your goals. Finally, one of the best features are the scannable QR codes throughout the planner that will take you to additional content to aid you through your journey!
By joining MACROS 101 you have already set yourself up for success, but if you want an easy (and cute!) way to continue to remain focused, taking daily action, this planner is for you.

Q: I can’t afford the planner right now, am I out of luck?
A: No way. You are a vital member of MACROS 101 and we take care of our community! We understand that you already made an investment into MACROS 101 and it may not be in your budget to spend anymore. That’s ok! Inside the MACROS 101 portal you’ll have access to a PDF version of the planner that you can print out on your home computer.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: The planner costs $40 to have us print and ship it if you live inside the United States. Unfortunately international and Canadian shipping costs have increased substantially and we no longer are able to ship internationally. However, you have access to the download version of the Planner inside the member's portal and can have it printed on your own
Q: How long will it take to get my planner?
A: Please allow approximately 7-10 days for your order to be processed and delivered to you.
Q: Can we return the planner and receive a refund?
A: Due to the physical nature of this product, all sales are final.
Q: I already have a planner I use, is this planner really necessary?
A: This planner was created specifically for MACROS 101, meaning, there is nothing else like it out there. This isn’t a planner that’s meant to organize your life, but rather increase your focus and attention on your goals and your daily action steps that are the key to your transformation. So yes, keep your current planner for all your calendaring and to-do lists, this planner is all about you, your goals, and your journey through MACROS 101.
