Accountability Groups and Partners

An accountability group is a group you SHARE your fitness journey with. Having others to share your journey with can help you in so many ways! They can help you:

  • Feel understood - because they're going thru their own, similar journey. 
  • Find a new perspective when you are feeling stuck. 
  • Try new things and push yourself to do better

Remember, by submitting this request form you are committing to participate in an accountability group setup by Team Biceps After Babies.

Step One: Request A Group

Make sure you are willing to...

1. Check in with your group daily (either through Marco Polo or group text)

2. Share your food diary with your group.

3. Show up for your group and yourself for at least 30 days.

Step Two: Set Up The Group

1. Name your group.

2. Decide if your group has an expiration date. Having a start and stop date can help you stay more focused and motivated.

3. Introduce yourself to the group.

Step Three: Set Up A Simple Structure

1. Decide the expectations for the group.

2. Plan to set weekly goals each Monday and report on them on Sunday. Remember set ONE goal a week, make sure it can be answered as a "yes I did it" or "no I didn't", and have a plan to celebrate each attained goal.

3. Share both what you have to offer the group as well as what support you would like.

IDEAS FOR YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP

Become "friends" on MyFitnessPal and share your plans and meals with each other.

Check-in before and after parties, events, and weekends.

Encourage each other to watch the modules and/or coaching calls.

Discuss what AH-HA's you have as you go through MACROS 101.

Everyone agree to rewatch a coaching call replay and share what your takeaway was and how you will take action.

Share recipes and food ideas.
